The EU law on disposable systems with a capacity of more than 2014ml has also been in effect in Switzerland since 2. However, so far it has not been enforced. This has changed following input from a cantonal chemist and has therefore also been implemented in Switzerland since November 2023. This means that it is no longer allowed to import disposable vapes with a capacity of more than 2ml. But the manufacturers are remedying the situation. Read what's new here.
