Shipping

What shipping methods are there?

We offer you the following shipping methods:

Within Switzerland:

priority shipping

Economy shipping

Saturday delivery

International Shipping:

International shipping including tracking and signature

How long does delivery take?

The shipping varies based on the shipping method! The shipping times are only the official estimates of the post office!

The following shipping times are estimates according to Swiss Post!

Priority shipping usually takes about 1-3 working days within Switzerland after the order has been processed.

Economy shipping usually takes about 3-5 working days within Switzerland after the order has been processed.

Saturday delivery will be discord Delivered by the post office on Saturdays! For example, if you order in our shop on Mondays and select Saturday delivery, your package will be delivered on Saturday!

International shipping including tracking and signature takes about 10-30 days. The processing speed of customs in the country of arrival is particularly important.

Where can I check the shipping status of my package?

You can check the shipping status of your package at Swiss Post using your tracking number, which you will receive from us by e-mail (please also check your spam folder). You can find the link here -> Post

If you want to check your international tracking status, you can do that there too. However, keep in mind that after arriving in the country of arrival, you have to check the shipping status on the website of your shipping company (as an example for Germany, this would be the website https://www.deutschepost.de), since the post office only ever ships until tracks over the border. After that, the post office of the respective country of arrival is responsible for tracking the package!

Why don't we offer international shipping without tracking anymore?
On the one hand, we want to give our customers a good feeling, if they buy their goods from us and cannot check the shipping status of their purchase, there is no way to do so without tracking. On the other hand, of course, we also want to be sure that the customers receive their goods. Therefore, we decided at short notice to remove the option of international shipping without tracking. For the customer, i.e. you, there are no disadvantages, only advantages. Shipping with tracking may be a bit more expensive, but at the same time it offers you the opportunity to track your shipment and to look forward to its arrival.

Disposable e-cigarettes

Where/how do I dispose of disposable e-cigarettes?
The disposable e-cigarette may be thrown away after use not be disposed of with household waste! She has to go to the battery disposal. Since a lithium battery is installed in the device, the device is considered a battery and should be disposed of as such.
Can I fill up the liquid on a disposable e-cigarette?
No, that is also not possible with a disposable e-cigarette. The disposable e-cigarette should just be for one use. Once empty, it is finished and must be disposed of. However, if you have found fun vaping with it, then we recommend that you switch to a real device like the Caliburn A2 or the Kiwi.
How long can I use a disposable e-cigarette?
In the case of disposable e-cigarettes, the brand and the model are particularly important. In our shop you can take a look at the description of the product for the useful life. We broke it down there. The manufacturer specifies the useful life in puffs, i.e. in the number of puffs. These can vary, which is why it is impossible to determine an exact useful life.
Can I recharge the disposable e-cigarette?
A clear no. A disposable e-cigarette is a product that is not designed for long-term use. Therefore it cannot be recharged. So if the battery fails before the pod is completely empty, then it is finished and must be disposed of.
What is the best disposable e-cigarette?

Sellers hate this question.... Let's just be honest with each other:

A disposable e-cigarette, regardless of the brand, always works the same way. The difference is mostly in the aroma. So what does this mean for our question? The question of the best disposable e-cigarette is difficult to answer, since the difference is in the taste, i.e. the liquid, and not in the function of the device. Since tastes are known to differ, this means that the best disposable e-cigarette must meet your taste. This is of course more than difficult with such a large number of different manufacturers and different tastes. But there is a glimmer of hope. From the experience we have had as a vape shop, it has crystallized for us that the Aroma King has proven to be the best due to its diversity and above all the possibility of being able to buy a disposable e-cigarette that is completely nicotine-free .

The Aroma King also shines with its number of flavors. Over 26 tastes, that's quite a large selection. All are available in 0, 10 or 20 mg nicotine. So there is something for everyone.

However, it should also be noted here that if you enjoy vaping and have discovered the health benefits compared to smoking, it would be worth considering switching to a product that is refillable. This is essentially much cheaper than disposable e-cigarettes. Let us advise you in one of our branches (Uster or Effretikon).

When is a disposable e-cigarette empty?

With disposable e-cigarettes, the LED light flashes when the battery no longer has enough power to ignite the coil. That would be the first indicator that the disposable is empty. The second indicator is the standard indicator for every other e-cigarette, if it tastes burned the e-cigarette is finished.

What are disposable e-cigarettes?
Disposable e-cigarettes are the simplest form of e-cigarette. Unpack and get started, that's the motto of the disposable. After the number of draws (between 600 and 3000), the disposable is then disposed of. Due to the built-in rechargeable battery, it must be disposed of via battery disposal.
Are disposable e-cigarettes suitable for heavy smokers?
The answer is yes. It can be beneficial for the heavy smoker because disposable e-cigarettes are easy to use. But what is important for many smokers is the speed of refilling and handling. This makes disposable e-cigarettes more suitable, but the refillable and rechargeable version of e-cigarettes has proven better for us. The battery performance is better and simply lasts longer than the disposable ones with a lot of smokers. However, there are also many who take their expensive vapes at home and on the go with them. This is also a way to cover his "nicotine needs".
Disposable e-cigarettes for single use only?

It is true that the term disposable stands for one-time use. However, no product is sold here for 5 minutes, but a device that lasts about 600-3000 puffs. As a result, it is actually not a typical single-use product, but rather a product that is not really for "one-off" use.

What flavors are there for disposable e-cigarettes?
The tastes of disposable e-cigarettes are wide ranging from the classics such as blueberries and watermelons to more unusual varieties such as Skittles or Monster. All other tastes are welcome in our shop or here look on our homepage.

General vaping questions

How dangerous is vaping really?
The scientific consensus is that e-cigarettes are less harmful compared to tobacco smoke. One of the best-known studies on this comes from the United Kingdom, from Public Health England. This states that with typical use, e-cigarettes are 95% less harmful than tobacco cigarettes. In the EU and Switzerland, e-cigarettes are regulated and monitored with regard to the ingredients. Thus, a smoker reduces the potential health risk by 95% when switching to the e-cigarette.
How bad is vaping for the lungs?
Large studies from England, Italy and other countries prove: Vaping is 95% less harmful than tobacco smoke. When vaping, nothing is burned anymore, but a liquid (glycerin, propylene glycol, food flavoring and, if necessary, nicotine) is vaporized. There are therefore no solids (tar), no nitrogen oxides (CO, NO) and nothing that causes direct damage to the lungs. All ingredients are absorbed and metabolized by the lungs.
Which e-cigarette is right for me?
A question that everyone who wants to switch to the e-cigarette asks. This always requires an individual clarification. Because when vaping, there are not only visually different devices, but also in terms of function and vaping behavior.
Among other things, the desired pulling behavior certainly plays a major role. E-cigarettes are divided into MTL (mouth-to-lung, like tobacco cigarettes) and DL (direct lung, like shisha). And to top it all off, there are degrees in it. Our tip is to always visit a vape shop (specialist e-cigarette shop) (if you have the opportunity) to have these questions clarified.
Of course, the look and feel also play a role, but the first priority is the pulling behavior. Once this question has been answered, you can select different devices in the selected area.
Is vaping better than smoking?
Basically yes. The e-cigarette is 95% less harmful than the tobacco cigarette, but you should also consider that nicotine is contained in the liquids for those switching. To quit smoking, one can safely try the e-cigarette. You will not absorb more pollutants than in the tobacco cigarette. Nevertheless, we recommend that a non-smoker should inquire thoroughly about the e-cigarette before making his decision.
What is in the e-liquid?
Yes, what's in it, in the liquid? There are often the greatest stories in the media about what is in the liquid or what is supposed to be created during the evaporation. It is important to know that it only contains ingredients that our body absorbs every day anyway and that these are generally well metabolized. The ingredients: propylene glycol (Source: Wikipedia) After decades of use, no serious health hazards have become known. 1942-Propanediol has been an approved drug ingredient in the United States since 1,2 and is generally recognized as safe by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for food and cosmetic applications. The acute and chronic or subchronic toxicity can be regarded as extremely low. The lethal oral dose for an adult is believed to be 0,5 to 5 g per kg body weight. The Joint FAO/WHO Expert Committee on Food Additives specifies a permitted daily dose of 25 mg per kg body weight. No indications of carcinogenic, mutagenic or reprotoxic properties could be found. 1,2-Propanediol has no skin-irritating properties and only very slight eye-irritating properties. According to a frequently quoted study, irritation of the eyes and throat was occasionally observed when inhaling mists of 1,2-propanediol. Since March 2016, the ECHA has been examining whether these effects are sufficient for labeling according to the CLP regulation for STOT SE 3, H335. In December 2016, ECHA's Committee for Risk Assessment (RAC) decided that these effects are not sufficient for classification. An isolated occurrence of allergic reactions is considered to be certain. However, the trigger mechanism has not been elucidated. Possible triggers here are the two enantiomers or possible impurities (propylene oxide, 1,3-propanediol). glycerin XNUMX% Health information (Source: Wikipedia) As an additive in food, glycerin is considered harmless. It is classified as harmless by the Food and Drug Administration (food control authority in the USA) with no maximum quantity restriction (permitted daily dose). In the EU, it is also approved as an additive E422 without a maximum quantity restriction. This was confirmed again in a study in 2017. The physiological calorific value of glycerin is 17 kJ/g or 4 kcal/g. food flavors Natural and artificial flavors are used in liquids, just like in almost all foods. These are considered completely harmless and are also metabolized by the body. These are all the ingredients that are used in the liquids. If necessary, especially for those switching from tobacco cigarettes to vaping, nicotine is also used.
How long to vape for a cigarette?

This is a question that many people who are switching to are asking. Of course you would like to know how often you have to draw in order to have smoked a cigarette. However, the question is more complex than it appears at first glance.

A normal tobacco cigarette has about 7 - 12 puffs, depending on smoking habits. As a study has shown that a cigarette (regardless of brand or strength) contains on average 12mg of nicotine, it becomes difficult to compare this with an e-cigarette. On the one hand, because the nicotine strength in the liquid is important, on the other hand, because there are different drawing techniques when vaping. A distinction is made between MTL (mouth to lung, mouth to lung, cigarette puff, cheek steaming) and DL (direct lung, direct lung, puff like with the shisha).

With the MTL, less vapor is produced, so the nicotine dosage can also be set higher there than with the DL, where a lot of vapor is produced. Since we measure the amount of nicotine in mg/ml for the e-cigarette or the liquid, it is again difficult to determine when exactly the nicotine amount of a classic tobacco cigarette would have been reached.

But even this comparison would lag. Because the liquids do not contain all the additives that are added to a classic tobacco cigarette.

However, since vaping is scientifically proven to be at least 95% less harmful than smoking, the answer is a fairly simple conclusion: Just vape until you think you've vaped enough. How many puffs it is, at what nicotine strength, that is completely individual. Don't worry too much about it, it will gradually work itself out.

How much does an e-cigarette cost

The cost of an e-cigarette varies from model to model. There are very cheap small e-cigarettes, as well as large and expensive models. So-called POD systems are particularly recommended for those who are switching and beginners. These are small and inexpensive devices. But here, too, the prices vary.

It can be said in general that there can be no direct quotation. Anything is possible, from CHF 30 to open at the end. In principle, however, it should be clear to everyone that switching from tobacco cigarettes to e-cigarettes is both cheaper and significantly less harmful to health. You can also find studies on this here in the FAQ.

It is best to get advice from a specialist shop as to which e-cigarette is suitable for you. That way you don't make a bad purchase and get annoyed that it wasn't what you imagined.

For further questions and comprehensive advice, come to one of our shops in Uster or Effretikon.

Which is the best liquid?

The answer to this question is difficult because it cannot be viewed objectively. In addition, there are different categories into which the liquids fall (e.g. tobacco, fruit, fresh, sweet, etc.).

As a result, there is no common denominator. Of course you could carry out an extensive analysis and compile the sales figures in Switzerland to see which would be the best-selling liquid, but your own taste always plays the biggest role here. So as you can see, there is no such thing as the "best" liquid. The easiest way to find the right liquid for you is to select, for example, a liquid that represents your favorite fruit or a tart tobacco liquid if you are just switching from the tobacco cigarette. Of course you can also try other liquids. The world of liquids and the associated flavors is big and wide.

Which is the best e-cigarette for beginners/switchers?
The best e-cigarette for those switching as such cannot be linked to any product. If you ask 100 vapers you will get at least 20 different answers. That's why we can only give tips in the right direction. Through our experience, we have found that simple e-cigarettes, such as POD systems, such as the Caliburn G/G2/A2, the BO Vaping System or the KIWI Vapor Starter Kit, are generally the most popular. These POD systems are well suited for beginners because they are easy to use and easy to understand.
Can I vape flavors?

Simple answer: NO!

Basically, you should ALWAYS dilute flavors with base. The manufacturer usually specifies which mixing ratio should be used. Vaping pure flavors can lead to health problems! In addition, the taste is almost unbearable ;-)

At what age can I vape?

There is currently no age limit for selling e-cigarettes in Switzerland. However, the e-cigarette specialist shops in Switzerland only sell their products voluntarily to adults (according to the law, this would mean reaching the age of 18).

If you want to know more about it, please click here.

Furthermore, it should be noted that the new Tobacco Products Act includes the e-cigarette. This means, among other things, that these can then officially only be sold from the age of 18.

Why does my e-cigarette taste burnt?
If you use an e-cigarette, always make sure that the cotton (located in the coil) is well moistened. With pod systems, this means filling the pod and then waiting about 5 minutes before taking the first hit. In systems with exchangeable coils, the coil can be pre-moistened with liquid when changing or starting up (cotton window and a few drops of liquid in the coil) and only then installed in the tank and filled. If the e-cigarette tastes burnt after a certain time, there are two reasons that can cause this: You have vaped the tank empty and continue vaping, then the cotton dries out and is burned. Therefore, always make sure that there is enough liquid in the tank. The other reason is that the coils are used up after a certain period of use. The cotton can then no longer absorb liquid, which also leads to a burnt taste. Changing the coil helps, which you have to do at regular intervals anyway.
What types of vape are there?

There are basically two types of vapes. The DL (Direct Lung) variant, where you pull like a shisha, that means inhaling the steam directly into your lungs. And MTL (back steaming) with the variant you draw like a normal tobacco cigarette.

However, if you go by the individual components, there are many other vapes out there. There are so-called self-winders, where the coil itself has to be "built" or the ready-made coilers where the coils are already built and ready to use.

Then a distinction is made between battery carriers and vaporizers. The battery carrier, as the name suggests, carries the batteries and the electronics. The vaporizer is the top part of an e-cigarette. This is the tank. This part of the e-cigarette vaporizes the liquid through the heat produced by the current supplied by the mod.

Of course, there are also so-called all-in-one e-cigarettes that deliver the battery mod and the vaporizer as one device. These are best for beginners as they are easy to use.

Why am I always thirsty after vaping?

New vapers may not be surprised immediately, but at the latest when friends and family notice that they reach for the water bottle more often than usual. But why is it that vapers experience a dry mouth more often?

Basically it is due to the properties of propylene glycol (PG) and glycerin (VG). These have so-called hygroscopic properties. So they bind water. This ensures that the water, the saliva in the mouth and throat, is bound. Therefore, as a vaper, you should either always pack something to drink for on the go or always have something ready at home.

Of course, water is best, but sweet or alcoholic drinks are also fine. But these in bulk, please. Even if this effect sounds incredibly annoying at first, it also has its good side. You drink more. Since an average adult should drink about 2,5 liters a day and we don't actually keep to that through work or pure boredom alone, this effect actually helps to meet this quota. Sometimes more sometimes less.

So the bottom line is for all vapers, always have a bottle of your favorite drink with you.

What if no liquid has taste?
In rare cases it happens that the liquid no longer tastes good, or that all liquids no longer have any taste for you. This phenomenon is called "steamer's tongue". This is a temporary irritation of the taste buds. Help creates a strong menthol liquid. This will taste like "nothing" at first, but it helps to get the taste buds back on track. Don't worry, this isn't a problem you need to see a doctor for, provided the taste problem goes away in a few days. If the condition persists, please consult a doctor. Of course, it can occasionally happen that your All Day Liquid no longer tastes good. This is more of a problem of getting used to it, which is quickly remedied with a different taste.
Is the vapor harmful to others?

One of the most frequently asked questions. Especially if there are children or pets in the household. We know that the smoke from a tobacco cigarette is not only produced when you are actively smoking, but also when the cigarette is lying in the ashtray or just being held in your hand. This is called secondary current. Furthermore, the smoke of the tobacco cigarette is just smoke. This continues to contain a very high number of pollutants, so that "passive smokers", i.e. people and animals in the immediate vicinity, are also affected.

On the one hand, there is no secondary current with the e-cigarette, because it only vaporizes when you actively puff on it, and on the other hand, the vapor does not contain any pollutants that pollute the environment. Just the fact that we're talking about vapor and not smoke should pretty much explain it.

Steam consists of droplets of moisture, similar to mist, or steam from cooking, or even in a steam room or sauna. Smoke also contains solid particles.

If you want to know more about this, you will find a few Studies to. This is also recommended Professor Bernd Mayer, from the University of Graz.

How dangerous is nicotine?

For years, nicotine was equated with tobacco. This was because nicotine could only be taken in conjunction with tobacco. This is also the reason why nicotine without tobacco has hardly been researched. In the meantime, however, that has changed.
Nicotine is found in all nightshade plants, including potatoes and tomatoes.

However, nicotine is not carcinogenic, as many mistakenly believe. The arteries “harden” temporarily and blood pressure increases. An effect that lasts only a few minutes. Long-term harm from non-tobacco nicotine has not been proven at this time.

Even the so often mentioned addictive effect is now doubted by many scientists. Tobacco contains substances that increase the addictive effect of tobacco. (Monoamine oxidase inhibitor) Without the presence of tobacco, no addictive effect could be scientifically proven. That's why more and more scientists and doctors are comparing non-tobacco nicotine with the caffeine in coffee and other caffeinated beverages.

Why does the liquid splash through the mouthpiece when vaping?

Various approaches can lead to the solution of the problem:

1. Too "thin" liquid

If you use a DL atomizer (i.e. an atomizer for the draw technique directly into the lungs), the liquid should have a higher VG content. VG is thicker than PG and these types of atomizers require at least a 70/30 VG/PG ratio. Liquid that is too thin "floods" the evaporator, which is why this "splashes" out of the mouthpiece.

2. Incorrect settings on the device

If the liquid cannot be vaporized properly, the same effect occurs. So there is too much liquid in the cotton wool. There are two reasons for this: too little power, or too little air. Try to adjust both times accordingly, then the spattering should stop. A "wrong" coil, i.e. a coil that requires more power than you use, can also be to blame.

3. Incorrect pulling technique

When vaping, the "wrong" draw is often made, especially by beginners. With the tobacco cigarette you draw rather short and vigorously, with the e-cigarette you should draw more relaxed, but a little longer. In addition, it makes sense to "follow" something. So to let go of the fire button shortly before the end of the turn. This avoids the condensation of "residual vapor" which runs back into the evaporator and causes the splashing.

What is vaping?
Vaping is taken by many as a catch-all term for vaping. These include e-cigarettes, e-shishas, but also the vaporization of herbs or oils. Basically, the term vaping actually refers to everything that enables the vaporization of substances. In the vaping scene, however, it is only used for e-cigarettes.
How often/when do I need to change my coil/filter?

The filter, or more correctly, the coil has to be changed every now and then. The cotton inside, which absorbs the liquid and is then vaporized by heating a wire mesh, becomes "damaged" over time, causing it to absorb less liquid and burn. Of course, this will greatly affect the taste of the vapor. The right moment to replace the coil is different. The coils are designed for a lifetime of 1 to 2 weeks. However, these are rough indications from the manufacturer.

The right time to change a coil (or a pod) is a matter of taste. Once the vapor starts to burn or taste like charcoal, the coil should be replaced. With pod systems where the coil is not exchangeable but the whole pod has to be changed, it is the same principle, although it often happens that the liquid has no taste beforehand, or that the taste flattens out. Then you should also use a new pod here.

Basically, the rule applies that the coils and pods last at least a week. However, since this also depends on the vaping behavior of the user, it may be that if you vape a lot and intensively, this change has to take place earlier.

It also often happens that the coils were not moistened beforehand or are used in the devices very early on with a high output, which then costs the coil life. Therefore, when changing the coil, moisten the coil with the liquid beforehand and fill the tank normally after inserting it and vape on low power. This prevents the coil from losing its service life.

What does ohm mean?
Ohm is the unit of electrical resistance. The electrical resistance is just the coil, or is determined by the wire type and amount of wire in the coil. In the case of ready-made coils, this value is given on the packaging; if you coil it yourself, you have to measure the electrical resistance. In general, one can say: The higher the resistance (today from 0.48 ohms to 1.8 ohms), the coil is designed more for MTL (cheek vaping). The lower the resistance (0.1 ohms to 0.5 ohms), the coil is designed more for the DL (direct draw like with the shisha).
What if my vaporizer leaks?
Here it is important to distinguish between "expiring" and "expiring"! Occasional droplets from the airflow are not leakage, but condensation that collects in the airflow. This is perfectly normal and can be minimized with proper pulling technique. However, if the tank "empties" it indicates a problem. The first cause is a defective coil or incorrectly laid cotton. Next, damage from falls can be the cause. If you cannot find a mistake, you are welcome to visit one of our branches. We are happy to take a look at the problem and will certainly find a solution.
What nicotine strength is right for me?

Basically, this question is brought to us more often. Smokers who want to switch from tobacco cigarettes to e-cigarettes ask this question particularly often. This is of course understandable, since all liquids are nicotine-free from the factory. However, how much nicotine does a smoker actually need with an e-cigarette, the answer to the question is not that complicated.

A heavy smoker (Malboro red or heavier cigarettes, at least 2 packets a day) or chain smoker definitely needs the maximum amount of nicotine available in Switzerland. This would be 20mg/ml.

A medium-heavy smoker (1 pack a day) needs an average of 10-12mg/ml nicotine.

And a light smoker (3-6 cigarettes a day) needs an average of 3-6mg/ml nicotine.

Although these are certain guidelines that you can follow, you sometimes have to decide on a case-by-case basis!

Are e-cigarettes healthier than traditional tobacco cigarettes?

Short and painless as already mentioned in the FAQ "How dangerous is vaping really?": Yes it is, by 95%.

But we would like to be a little more detailed with you here. So let's go a little further.

In 2015, the British Department of Health and Cancer Research UK, the British cancer research centre Study published, in which they could conclusively prove this 95% less harmfulness.

Since 2012, the proportion of vaping ex-smokers in Britain has risen to 40% and is increasing every year. This has one Study confirmed by the British Doctors Exile. Meanwhile, the proportion of new smokers in the UK is declining. Ultimately, time will tell if it stays that way. But as you can see, the English have come a long way in researching the e-cigarette.

Another example would be the following:

The University of Catania also conducted her research on e-cigarettes and came to the conclusion in April 2016 that e-cigarettes can even have a therapeutic effect in patients with lung problems. According to this, 65.4% of the patients with asthma felt better after switching to the e-cigarette and a whopping 74.7% of the patients with a smoker's lung also felt significantly better after the switch than with the tobacco cigarette.

These are clear statements that speak for a conversion.

How long does shipping to Germany take?
Shipping to Germany takes 5 to 10 days depending on the workload of German customs.
Do I have to pay VAT? I don't live in Switzerland!

If your billing and delivery address are abroad, no value added tax (VAT) is due when you place your order with us. You can see this from the amount, which is calculated accordingly without VAT.

But you have to reckon with the fact that your country will charge you your country's VAT when importing the order. Please inform yourself at your customs regarding the import of goods.

When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped on the same working day if payment is received by 17 p.m.

If the payment is received after 17 p.m., your package will be shipped the next working day at the latest. PS: manchmal an order after 17:00 p.m. can still be mailed.

Why can't I order on account?
We offer purchase on account with our partner, the MFGroup AG in St.Gallen. If you create an order and switch to the payment section, MFGroup AG will check your creditworthiness online. If this is found to be good, you have the option "Purchase on account" to choose from. We have neither insight nor the possibility to influence the creditworthiness. Reasons for the lack of the purchase on account option could be, for example, a recent move. On the website www.powerpay.ch/de you will find the section "Purchase on account not possible". There you can contact us if you have any questions as to why this option is not available to you.
Why did I receive a reminder even though I paid for the purchase on account?

In the invoice you will then see the minimum amount that you have to transfer at the next due date. So you have the partial payment option under control and can divide it up according to your budget. If you want to see an overview of your open invoice, you can here Check your MFGroup AG account.
My package hasn't arrived yet, what can I do?

If your package still hasn't arrived after a reasonable shipping time, check the shipping status with your tracking number.

If you see the status and it says something like, "Ready for pickup in destination country." Then check your e-mails, including the spam folder, to see whether you have received a message from customs or your parcel supplier. As a rule, they will inform you by e-mail, since we must provide your e-mail address.

We can't do much ourselves in such a case, but you will send the package back to us for a fee if you don't pick it up!

How does customs work?

Customs are bound by many laws to check goods that come from abroad. Therefore, some packages are sometimes opened and searched. In addition, Germany in particular has enforced many regulations regarding e-cigarettes as well as liquids and aromas, which means that packages are sometimes sent back to us without the recipient being informed. Customs thus determines which packages are waved through and which never reach their destination address. Since we have to declare the content of the parcels for foreign countries, as well as the content, we as a company cannot do anything about it.

In addition, customs can still charge import taxes for your products (see the point in our FAQ Do I have to pay VAT? I don't live in Switzerland!).

We therefore ask you in Check your order to see what regulations apply to your country or state (there may be deviations here too) with regard to e-cigarettes, flavors and liquids! This is particularly important as we cannot reimburse you for shipping costs. Added to this is the workload for our employees. We also have to deduct this from you before your refund. That's why it's very important that you clarify everything you need before you order from us!

After drinking an energy drink you are much more awake and concentrated for half an hour, but this decreases rapidly and after these 30 minutes you are usually much more tired than before. That's the backlash.

BEYOND NRG managed to reduce this backlash to 0. As a result, you will not suddenly become more tired after taking BEYOND, instead you will simply return to your previous level. So an energy drink without backlash. Sounds great doesn't it?
