Vape Heaven GmbH was transferred to VENDEX AG in May 2023. Vape Heaven GmbH was a company that was founded in 2017 by taking over the sole proprietorship originally founded in 2009 with the aim of supporting adult smokers in quitting tobacco using alternative and less harmful products. Of course, the objective has not changed as a result of the name change.

The company is managed by the board of directors Mario (Chairman of the Board of Directors) and Tiziana Puppo. The trading company operates branches in different locations locations and is also on the Internet with the online shops for the B2C area https://VAPE.CH and https://E-ZIGARETTEN.CH active in the Swiss market. The shop is in the B2B sector https://VENDEX.CH Interface for traders from the CH area.

Due to the size of our company, we offer short decision-making processes and plenty of room for personal development. Every employee quickly becomes part of the company in a family environment and can take on new tasks based on personal strengths and interests, but also provide impetus where we can improve.

Our customers range in age from 18 to over 90 years old. All with the common goal of quitting smoking. Advice and support are of course among the most important things in our everyday work. We are looking for reinforcement for our team. For our office/pick-up store in Wetzikon, we are looking for an experienced retail specialist who can support our team in the areas of B2B and purchasing.

Your area of responsibility includes:

Communication and negotiation with B2B customers
Support for purchasing goods for B2C and B2B
inventory management
Customer care and service
Online store support

You have the following qualifications:

Completed training as a retail specialist with 1-3 years of professional experience
Experience in sales/purchasing and customer service
Good verbal and written communication in all official languages D/F/I
Well-groomed appearance and good manners
Independent and precise way of working
Good PC user skills
