Shipping Information

The shipping costs can only be viewed when the desired goods are placed in the shopping cart.

We offer the following shipping methods for you:

  • Swiss Post Priority Shipping
  • Swiss Post Economy shipping
  • Swiss Post Saturday delivery
  • Swiss Post International shipping including tracking and signature upon acceptance

Of course, the shipping methods have different delivery times. These are as follows:

  • Swiss Post Priority Shipping: 1-3 working days within Switzerland
  • Swiss Post Economy Shipping: 3-5 working days within Switzerland
  • Swiss Post Saturday delivery: These are only delivered by Swiss Post on Saturdays!
  • Swiss Post International shipping including tracking and signature upon acceptance: 10-30 working days

If your delivery does not arrive within the specified delivery times, you can proceed as follows:

  1. Wait another 1-2 days, sometimes the Swiss Post can also be delayed. However, if you are waiting for your order abroad, you must be aware that customs can sometimes cause delays in delivery for international shipments.
  2. If you have still not received anything after this expiry date, you have the option of tracking your package with your tracking number. However, if nothing is found there, you are welcome to contact us by e-mail (shop@vape.ch). We try to help you as soon as possible.

If your package arrives damaged, it is best to document everything carefully. That means if you get your damaged package, then either take photos or video recordings of it. Means before you open the package directly 2-3 photos, or make short video clips of it. Then open it and check the content and also take photos or short video clips of it and send it to us by email (shop@vape.ch). We will then definitely be able to help you quickly.

In principle, we deliver worldwide, but like all other dealers, we are subject to the restrictions of the individual countries. Shipping to Germany and Austria is currently not possible.

We deliver throughout Switzerland by Swiss Post.

International shipments (e.g. Italy, France) are transported to the border by Swiss Post, after which the respective delivery service of the country of delivery takes over.

Yes, you can do that. To do this, simply select pick-up XXX for the delivery method and select the location that is closest to you. Please note that you have a 1-day waiting period for the pick-up delivery method. Means you can only pick up your order one day later.

Yes, we have a total of 4 Landenrestaurants. These are in Uster, Effretikon, Bülach and Wetzikon. You can find more detailed information about the respective locations here.

If you want to reorder shipping, please contact us first.
