Conditions of return returns / warranty cases

So that we can process your return/guarantee case as quickly as possible, we ask that you read the return conditions carefully and fill out the form on the following pages completely and truthfully.

For a return, the return and guarantee form must be filled out in advance and sent to RMA@vape.ch to send. Upon receipt, we will check your information. As soon as your request has been processed, you will receive the form with the return number.

The product must then including original packaging and return it to us with a complete return and guarantee form. The original packaging is mandatory as it contains the serial and Bach number. Otherwise it is unfortunately not possible for us to process your return. Shipping is the responsibility of the customer and is non-refundable.

Returns
Products must be in their original packaging and completely unopened. Otherwise a return is excluded. A return is only possible during 10 working days after purchase. In the case of returns, the credit can be reduced by up to 25% of the sales value for administrative work.

For reasons of hygiene, the following items cannot be returned:

  •  Liquids and pre-filled Pods, even if they should still be closed. You certainly want to be 100% sure that you will receive a flawless and unused product
  • vaporizer and evaporator heads, these are to be regarded as consumables
  • any Accessories, such as seals, glasses, etc. that are used in evaporator heads

warranty cases
We grant a guarantee period of 24 months on all products.

Exceptions to this are:

  • Batteries and batteries after successful commissioning
  • Devices that show damage
  • Devices that have been manipulated, such as firmware updates
  • Devices damaged by liquids
  • vaporizer* and evaporator heads
  • seals
  • Items from the clearance category
  • Products without receipt/proof of purchase and without original packaging

*When a vaporizer bubbling (feeling/noise when pulling) or siffing (leaking/dripping), we can certainly help with a tip, but this is not a guarantee.

If there is no warranty claim, the buyer bears the costs for any error analysis (CHF 60.00).
