Vape Heaven Ltd
Vape Heaven GmbH was founded in 2017 by Mario and Tiziana Puppo. The sole proprietorship, which had already been founded in 2009, was taken over.
Vape Heaven Uster
After about 4 months of conversion time, the time had come on August 18, 2017. We were able to celebrate the opening of our first location, Vape Heaven Uster, at Zürichstrasse 5, and to our delight we were able to welcome a large number of people who, years later, we are still able to meet in the city of Uster.
Sale from 18 years
However, since Tiziana and Mario also have children among their employees, sales were made voluntarily only to adults from the first day of sale. This was never a problem for us, but a matter of course. The aim has always been to help adult smokers to stop smoking.
The team and the range of products has constantly grown with the needs of the customers, as we attach great importance to personal advice and support during the smoking cessation with vaping.
Vape Heaven Effretikon
In August 2019 we were allowed to open our second location Vape Heaven Effretikon. Up to this point, we have placed little value on the online shop because, as mentioned, nothing beats personal advice.
Not much later, Corona unexpectedly welcomed the whole world and of course us with new challenges. Since we were always allowed to be open as a basic supplier (no lockdown) but many customers understandably focused on online orders, we used the consultation-free time intensively for our shop VAPE.CH and completely renewed it. We were able to quickly celebrate many successes there and serve our customers at any time in a way that was still rather unfamiliar to us.
Effects of Corona
We quickly realized that the need for storage space had changed massively due to Corona. Extremely slow and sometimes even completely interrupted supply chains have prompted us to rent more storage space in order to be able to ensure the uninterrupted availability of merchandise for our customers.
A few months later we already had the next storage space requirement. Despite an intensive search in and around Uster, we unfortunately could not find anything optimal. That's why we expanded our search and found what we were looking for in Wetzikon. This has been our main warehouse since November 2022, which we have also equipped with the Wetzikon pick-up point. As a result, we were able to give up the other warehouse locations. This step has created many synergies so that we can better serve our customers in the branches as well as online.
B2B/ERP
At the end of 2021 we also started selling to dealers (B2B) because we had constant demand and we already had the appropriate storage capacities and product selection. For this purpose, but also for many other reasons, for example to be able to show our customers online an always up-to-date inventory, we introduced a powerful ERP system in mid-2022. This is directly connected to the online shop and the checkout systems in the branches.

Hello, I'm Jürgen, or Jay.
I started vaping in 2009 because a friend and I discovered the e-cigarette. At that time with a Joyetech EGO T. But since we didn't know anything and there weren't any shops, we had to muddle through. I then looked at the EGO T evaporators and found that you can wrap them yourself, which I did.
My reason for switching to vaping was quite simple: I had breathing problems due to allergic asthma and I smoked anyway. That didn't go together. After vaping for half a year, I reported it to my lung specialist. He also had to do some research first, but then he explained to me that vaping actually has the same ingredients as my asthma inhaler, except for cortisone. Since then no longer needed an inhaler and turned the hobby of "vaping" into a profession. I look forward to each of you whom I can help, talk shop or just chat a bit.

Hello my name is Danny and I'm the guy you'll often find at the Effretikon location.
I've been vaping for a little over 3 years now and I'm pretty happy about it. The different tastes, whether fruity, sweet or tart, are simply brilliant with the e-cigarette. There is actually the perfect liquid for every weather. In summer I like to vape fresh and fruity flavors while in winter I like to vape something creamier. Of course, the switch from the tobacco cigarette to the vape was a challenge for me, but it was really good for me.
In my opinion, the best thing about vaping is that you no longer have to go out on the balcony or terrace, even in the coldest of winters, but you can also vape indoors, since the vapor leaves no deposits on the walls and the water vapor evaporates again very quickly , at least with the pod systems.

As a smoker for many years, I became more and more aware that there must be a way to "quit". After more years as a smoker, I finally wanted to become a non-smoker. I liked smoking, but I love vaping even more! When vaping, I can determine the taste! That was never possible with smoking. I bought cigarettes at the kiosk because of visual appeal. I choose and buy liquids based on any flavor! So simple and so logical!
After many years we are here at Vape.ch selling products that help smokers make the long-awaited switch. It is precisely for these reasons that our shop is geared towards devices for people switching and a large international selection of liquids.

In the spring of 2017, my husband Mario and I lay on the beach in Egypt and together we scribbled the first ideas for the interior design of the Vape Heaven Uster on house paper. After a lot of physical exertion and a lot of overtime, the somewhat crazy idea became reality on August 19, 2017 and we opened our first branch in Uster.
I've never smoked and I don't vape either. Seeing how we are able to accompany customers who have been desperately trying to quit smoking for years to become smoke-free in just a few months confirms that I am doing something good.
Thanks to our great team, I can no longer be found in sales today. But I work in the background through planning, organization and implementation. Likewise, the ideas for the next strategic steps towards the healthy growth of our company are still created together with Mario (on paper 😉).

Hello my Name Is Daniel.
I've been vaping since 2016. It all started when I walked by a vape shop and spontaneously walked in. My first vape was the Eleaf Pico. But that changed very quickly to the Asmodus Minikin with the Crown 3. Now I vape almost everything, from disposables to mech mods. This resulted in a small collection at my home, which I exhibited in an illuminated display case. My absolute favorite combination is the Vulcan Mods Mandalorian, which is only available 5 times worldwide and is a pure showcase device for me.
When it comes to liquids, I vape the fruity, cooler varieties in summer and the sweet, creamy varieties in winter. One of my favorite liquids is the Elfbar Strawberry Kiwi in the MTL range. In the DL I really like the Drip Hacks Blood of Vikings.
Privately you can meet me at the lakes of the Zurich Oberland or at US Car Oldtimer meetings. One of my wishes is to have a US classic car myself.

I've been vaping for about 2 years now. I used to smoke about 2 packs of cigarettes a day. Very unhealthy for a long time. As I vaped, I became less and less interested in the taste of cigarettes. Why even if there are a lot of fine liquids. The best thing about the whole selection is that you can always try something new and there is something for everyone. I started vaping with the Caliburn A2. I now vape with the Ursa Nano Pro, which we also call "Urseli", and I think it's just awesome. It is easy to use and much more flavorful. Together with my great passion for running across the meadows and fields as quickly as possible, I brought all the requirements for a debt collector with me and got the important job at vape.ch.
Unfortunately, since we have the best customers you could wish for, there is not much for me to do. So I usually lie on my spot and take a nap!
