Elfbar Elfa perfect for switching to vaping
Switched to vaping a few days ago after someone gave me a disposable Elf bar.
I find one-way wasteful (mainly because the number of puffs is far below, although there is still liquid + it's expensive).
I bought 3 different entry-level devices. Many different liquids. Somehow I was only half satisfied. discovered Elfa. Elfa does a lot that makes the transition easier.
Simple: It's (as with all e-cigarettes I've tested) very simple. Charge, pod in, vape. Perfect for on the go as you don't have to lug around a whole arsenal of accessories.
Taste: Anyone who, like me, has switched to vaping will miss the intense taste of many liquids. Since the Elfa pods with the original Elfbar flavors are available, it makes it a lot easier for me to find my perfect liquid.
Price: If I compare the price, the Elfa is cheap to buy - but relatively expensive to run. You can (although not thought of / recommended) refill the pods 2-5 times. Then it all evens out a bit. Nevertheless, Elfa with the pods is cheaper and more environmentally friendly than the disposable ones.
Overall: Elfa is the perfect device for on the go as you only have to change pods and not refill them. I recommend taking 2 devices with you, because as a heavy smoker you tend to pull harder and more often than you might think. I read that Elfbar will offer the liquids as 10ml bottles in the future. I hope vape.ch will add these liquids to their range as soon as they are available.

Do I have to pay VAT? I don't live in Switzerland!

If your billing and delivery address is abroad, no value added tax (VAT) is due when you place your order with us. You can see this from the amount, which is calculated accordingly without VAT.

But you have to reckon with the fact that your country will charge you your country's VAT when importing the order. Please inform yourself at your customs regarding the import of goods.

How much is the customs fee?

Customs fees depend on where you live/state. Unfortunately, we cannot tell you whether and how high your customs duties will be. Clarify this by phone or online with your responsible customs authority.

What happens if I don't pick up my package at customs?

If you do not collect your package from your customs office, the package will be returned to us. We will then refund your purchase price after deducting the shipping and handling costs from us. So there are still costs to you. We therefore recommend that you check with your customs office beforehand.

In addition, depending on the federal state in Germany, you may have to decide at your local customs office whether you want to return the package or whether the contents should be destroyed. Therefore, before ordering the items, please find out how your state deals with liquid and hardware for e-cigarettes.

How will I be informed by customs?

Since we need to provide customers' email address when shipping, we think customs will probably notify you by email. So keep an eye on your email inbox as well as your spam folder. It often happens that such e-mails are intercepted by the spam filter.

How long does shipping to Germany take?

Our shipping deadline is 17:00 p.m. on all working days. All orders paid by then will be handed over to Swiss Post on the same day.
As a rule, the order is then the next day at the border with Germany.

Since COVID-19, the processing time of German customs has increased differently depending on the federal state. So we know from customers who already post our delivery 5 days, but also by others who only after 15 days could accept the package.

Important: pay attention to your mailbox (also in SPAM) if your customs wants to collect fees from you. If you don't respond for too long, the delivery will go back to us at your expense.

My package hasn't arrived yet, what can I do?

If your package still hasn't arrived after a reasonable shipping time, check the shipping status with your tracking number.

If you see the status and it says something like, "Ready for pickup in destination country." Then check your e-mails, including the spam folder, to see whether you have received a message from customs or your parcel supplier. As a rule, they will inform you by e-mail, since we must provide your e-mail address.

We can't do much ourselves in such a case, but you will send the package back to us for a fee if you don't pick it up!
